These Terms of Use define the conditions under which the User accesses and uses the Application. The User must accept these Terms without reservation to browse and use the Application. If the User does not fully agree with the Terms, they must renounce using Moove IPTV.
Moove IPTV is a media player application created to load and play M3U and Xtream playlists. It allows the user to create an account, manage profiles, and watch their own content. The application is strictly a player.
Moove IPTV does not provide and will never provide any content. The application allows playing video sources, just as a browser allows displaying web pages. You must not use Moove IPTV to play sources for which you do not have the rights. Moove IPTV does not endorse illegal IPTV subscriptions. Using an illegal source may result in account termination and legal action.
Registration is free and necessary. You certify that you are 13 years of age or older. You are responsible for protecting your password. Providing false information or prolonged inactivity (1 year) may result in account deletion.
The User agrees to respect these Terms, not to copy/reverse-engineer the Application, and not to disrupt its operation. Use is strictly limited to legal purposes.
The Application and its elements are the property of the Publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The App is provided 'as is'. The Publisher is not responsible for content, quality of user sources, or indirect damages. Use is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by French law.
