General Terms of Use and Sale (GTU/GTS)

The purpose of these GTS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of access licenses to the Moove IPTV Player application.

The application allows the playback of multimedia streams provided exclusively by the User (via m3u links, Xtream codes, etc.). The Seller provides only the software tool (the container) and no audiovisual content.

2.1. Free Trial
The application is available for free download on the Google Play Store. The User benefits from a free 14-day trial period from the first installation (identified via the Device ID). During this period, all features are accessible without payment.

2.2. Pricing
After the trial period, access to the application becomes paid. Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (the VAT is not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI).

The offers available are subscriptions with automatic renewal:
Monthly Subscription: €2.00 / month
Annual Subscription: €15.00 / year

2.3. Nature of the Subscription
The subscription is concluded for a fixed period (1 month or 1 year) and is automatically renewed at its term for an identical duration, unless cancelled by the Client before the renewal date. Payment is automatically collected via the payment method registered during the initial subscription.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In case of a price change, the Client will be informed by email before the next renewal. The new price will apply from the following renewal period.

3.1. Payment Methods
Subscription payments are processed via the secure Stripe platform. The User can pay by credit card or via other methods offered by Stripe.

Transactions are secure and encrypted. The Seller never has access to the Client's complete banking details.

3.2. Automatic Renewal (Tacit Renewal)
The subscription taken out by the Client is automatically renewed at each term for a duration identical to the initial period chosen (1 month or 1 year). The Client is charged the current amount at the beginning of each new renewal period.

In accordance with Article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client will be informed by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date, of the possibility of not renewing their subscription.

3.3. Cancellation
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time, without fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining period.

Cancellation can be done:
– Via the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the "My Account" page of the application or website.
– By email to contact@moove-iptv.com.

In accordance with consumer law applicable to digital services, online cancellation is as simple as subscription.

3.4. Payment Failure
In case of failure of the automatic payment at renewal, access to the service is suspended immediately. If payment cannot be settled, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

The service is digital content not provided on a physical medium.

Upon payment validation, access to the service is automatically activated on the device registered by the Client. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided during payment.

Upon automatic renewal of the subscription, access is extended without any action required from the Client. A renewal confirmation email is sent to the Client.

In case of activation difficulties, the Client is invited to contact support: contact@moove-iptv.com.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period and, if the contract requires the consumer to pay.

By validating their order, the Client:
Gives their express consent for the provision of the service to begin immediately before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.

A mandatory checkbox during payment will formalize this agreement: "I accept that the service be provided immediately and I waive my right of withdrawal."

This is an essential clause of the contract.

Origin of streams: The User is solely responsible for the content they add and view via the Moove IPTV Player application. They declare and warrant that they have all necessary rights to view the added content (personal playlists, royalty-free content, or legal subscriptions).

Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to use Moove IPTV Player to view content protected by copyright without authorization (piracy).

Disclaimer: The Seller (Moove IPTV Player) has no control over the streams added by Users and cannot be held responsible in case of fraudulent or illegal use of the application. In case of a request from a competent authority, the Seller may collaborate to identify a user not respecting these conditions.

7.1. Availability
The Seller is subject to an obligation of means. Although everything is done to ensure service availability 24/7, the Seller does not guarantee absolute availability.
Access may be momentarily interrupted for technical maintenance or update reasons, without giving right to compensation.

7.2. Limitation of Liability
The application requires an active and stable Internet connection. The Seller is not responsible for malfunctions linked to the User's Internet network or their device.

The Seller does not guarantee that the application is free of bugs or that it will function indefinitely on all future versions of Android or in case of a change in Google Play Store policy. In case of a blocking bug, the Seller undertakes to provide their best efforts to propose a fix within reasonable deadlines.

In the context of using the application and payment, certain personal data is collected by the Seller, data controller.

Data collected:
Email address (necessary for sending the activation code and support).
Device ID (Unique device identifier to manage the trial period and license).
Technical and crash data via Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics).

Purpose: Customer management, service provision, technical improvement of the application.

Sharing: Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe. No data is sold to advertising third parties.

Rights: In accordance with the GDPR, the User has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their data. To exercise it, contact: contact@moove-iptv.com.

The Moove IPTV Player application (source code, design, interface, logo) is the exclusive property of Mr. Jérémy LE GALL. Any reproduction, decompilation or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Subscribing to a subscription only grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the duration of the current subscription.

These GTS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought in priority. The Client can contact support at contact@moove-iptv.com.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the Seller will communicate the contact details of the competent consumer mediator in case of failure of the claim request to customer service. Failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
