1. PREAMBLE AND IDENTITY
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of the Moove IPTV Player application (hereinafter "the Application") about how their personal data is collected and processed.

The Application is an "empty" multimedia player. It provides no content. The user is solely responsible for the playlists they add.

2. COLLECTED DATA AND PURPOSES
We limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for the technical operation, security, and billing of the service.
A. Automatically collected data (Without user intervention)
1. Device Identifier (Device ID / Android ID)
Purpose: Management of the free trial period (14 days) and license management (Digital Rights / DRM).
Why? This unique identifier allows us to verify if a device has already benefited from the free trial to prevent abuse and fraud. It also allows linking your purchase to your device.
2. Technical and usage data (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics)
Data: Device model, operating system (OS) version, IP address (anonymized), crash reports (error logs), page views, and interactions within the application.
Purpose: Technical maintenance and improvement of user experience.
Why? This data allows us to detect bugs, understand how the application is used, and optimize performance.
B. Data provided by the user (During purchase)
1. Email Address
Purpose: Sending the activation code, billing, and customer support.
Why? Necessary to deliver the purchased service (License code) and to communicate with you in case of problems.
2. Payment Data
Processing: Banking information is entered directly on the secure servers of our payment provider (Stripe).
Important: The Application publisher does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers.
C. Local Data (Playlists & Favorites)
Playlists (m3u files, Xtream codes) and your favorites are stored locally on your device (via an internal database). This data is never transmitted to our servers. We do not know what you are watching.
3. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES (SDK)
We do not sell any personal data to third parties. However, to function, the Application uses the following third-party services:
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Hosting)

4. ADVERTISING
The Application contains no third-party advertising.
We do not use any advertising network (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) and we do not share your data for advertising targeting purposes.

5. ANDROID PERMISSIONS
To function, the Application requests the following technical permissions:
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Necessary to verify the license, load remote video streams, and send anonymous crash reports.
WAKE_LOCK: To prevent the screen from turning off during video playback.
The application does not request access to your external storage files (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), nor to your microphone, camera, or GPS location.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Retention Period
Technical data (Firebase): Retained for a maximum period of 14 months.
Purchase data (Email/Device ID): Retained as long as the service is active and for the legal duration required by French accounting (10 years for invoices).
Account and Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
In accordance with Google Play and GDPR requirements, you can request the complete deletion of your data (Email and Device ID association) at any time.
Deletion Procedure:
Simply send a request by email to contact@moove-iptv.com with the subject "Deletion of my data".
Attention: This action will result in the immediate deactivation of your license and access to the application, without possible refund for the remaining period.

We implement industry-standard security measures (HTTPS/TLS encryption) to protect your data during transfer. Access to databases is strictly limited to the Publisher.
